Stocks Topiong Now

Charts are not posting but the monthly weekly and daily charts are done to the upside. The seasonal lows lie ahead. And there is ample evidence, Investors Attitudes on Stocks is Ultra Bullish, front page WSJ, that a high of some significance is nearby.

A collapse has been seen in some retail stocks like Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Foot Locker. My pick of Transocean RIG has been adisaster as oil falls below  $70. Much more of this sort of thing lies directly ahead.

Silver may be making a low, it is near support, more updates coming.
