The lows in the RSI at top,relate to the lows in the PMO at bottom. This reminds me of the 1973-74 decline from 1,00 to 577. There was never a crash just a repeat again and again of this stair step down, a decline followed by a terrific rally, convincing the buy and hold .crowd they were right, uh ,uh, they were wrong. all the way, to DJIA 577 Dec 1974
