Moving averages have atendency to come together before changing direction. NS rallied into the first two blue arrows shown above and then reversed course. Now NS has rallied and the MAs are coming together, look ike a turn higher> Price is now testing this break out.
rice has returned to the 200 day MA. It should bounce here and then resume higher.
