CFR has alaready
CFR has alreaay dropped to the previous fourth wave low and beyond. The 200 week MA is 101 and CFR is about there already. As the WSJ editorial says today the markets are not believing either Biden or Yellen.
XLF bank index
XLF peaked over a year ago with the rest of the major stock indexes. Its wave 3 is also beginning.
