He might be right, oil prices fell today and housing market is still retreating.
Our closed end munis rallied again, I am thinking of adding 50% to my position.
The big drop in bond prices for the time being is done, ie increase in interest rates.
Oil dropped 1.70 today, I am really liking NS and AMLP,
more tomorrow morning
