March T Bonds have moved up about 4 points the last few days, so a re test of the up trend is in order, I suspect it will hold.
BLE failed to get thru the 11.5 level twice, will the third try be different? I am willing to hold here. blue line is a 38 - 50% retracement of entire fall in price
