Richard Russell referred to the action the last couple of days as 90% down day. He meant that 90% of the stocks closed lower.

It seems safe to say that wave three of three is underway.
I am closely monitoring our closed end muni position which has rallied. With the FED less aggressive it may be a hold into 2023.
