CFR has been basing since March 9, it is joining what I suspect is an overall fourth wave rally.
Dow industrials
This looks too strong though to be a fourth wave.
120 minute chart
The 120 minute chart is roaring into over bought status in a hurry. Amazing just how fast things are changing.
