I am tracking two more positive events for an energy bottom. 

Billl Greehey, Chair of Nustar, purchased $15 M of NS a week ago. As a former President of Valero and founder of Nustar, I believe he knows what he is doing.  This re enforces the idea of a low in energy prices here.
