The DJIA broke above its downtrend line from the January high on the two hour chart.
Transports
The Transports did the same.
This is classic Dow Theory but not a new high for either. Still this is encouraging for the bulls.Also note that the MAs are converging. This is typically what occurs before a change in direction for the market. Stay tuned.
