With markets in general in doubt perhaps it is time to consider the out of favor utilities and REITs.

XLU is finding support at the previous resistance level . The dividend is only 3.5% but if it returns to  56 overall that would be a nice gain.

This outlet mall is located just south of San Marcos, TX on IH  35. It is north of New Braunfels and San Antonio. And each weekend the parking lots are jammed complete with shoppers from Mexico. The current dividend is over 6%. The last test of the 34 weekly EMA failed but let's watch this one for an entry.
