More Bad News from our Justice Dept

Just as SW Air was looking better, Justice decides to investigate price fixing.

Here is a report on the great fundamentals for LUV but so what, news trumps fundamentals in the short run. 

I will probably dump my LUV tomorrow and remember what Warren Buffet says, never buy an airline. 

LESSON  In a bear market, all news is bearish, the mood changes to negative from positive. In a bull market all news is positive, since mood is positive, mood is able to spin whatever happens positively. Here the news is spun negatively, an investigation means bad things will happen to all airlines, no matter what the chart was saying. Here fundamentals trump technicals.
