Here is a look at the various ETFs, biotech's, and semis that are weakening.
After I posted yesterday's look at the weakening NDX, stockcharts suggested the small caps were in oversold territory. That post went on to admit that yesterday's small cap rally faded.
NDX Bullish Percent
Indeed this indicator is over sold. Let's watch for signs of a rebound, the 65-70 area is likely to be resistance.
