Jim Rogers actually did predict the demise of FNM and has become a China enthusiast. He has just moved to Singapore. Rogers is his own man, I have recommended many of his books to you, this is the latest, the stock market sell off has cut the Chinese Exchange in half, shortly there will be an opportunity to buy there, but this will not make anyone's list of ethical investments.

There are lots of books on strategy, this is a book about the 20% of Karl Popper;s famous 8020 equation that get it done. Take a look.

The DeLoitte Report on DISD is at this hyperlink. We will be devoting considerable time to studying these recommendations as an example of the lack of proper internal controls in the audit class this fall.
Apparently the adjusting entries brought the books into enough compliance to do so but this is an unusual case in my opinion.
